The Clatsop Butte Homeowners Association is a planned community of 63 homes located in Portland, OR (Multnomah County). The community is situated in the neighborhood of Southeast Portland and is also part of the Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association. New owners will generally find our neighborhood quiet, friendly, and a great choice for settling in and enjoying the view with easy access to various places nearby. The HOA was “incorporated September 15, 2006”, as a domestic nonprofit organization. The Declaration of Clatsop Butte, A Planned Development Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions was recorded February 16, 1979, Bylaws of the Clatsop Butte Owners’ Association were adopted February 8, 1984, by the directors of the Association. In 2010 our Bylaws and CC&Rs were updated to current laws and state requirements. The homeowners then voted on these changes and approved them.

This Website will assist you with knowledge about our meetings, latest actions for the neighborhood, and alerts regarding events in the neighborhood so you can be watchful for any happenings near your home. The Board of Directors are ready to help with any questions, concerns or connections.
